I-Mail solution provides Internal and External Email Communication Services for Customers on their own domain via ADSL. I-Net will use custumer's existing domain and there will not be any change to the Email Addresses that are in existence.

The Domain will be hosted at the I-Net server in USA. This server is housed in a state of the art sophisticated data center, which has the following resources…

• Monitored 24 hours of the day
• Generator back-up and Battery Back-ups
• Complete Redundant DNS Servers
• Spam controls
• 40Gb Bandwidth
• Firewall Protection
• Multiple Internet Links and etc…

I-Mail Solutions will have dual server system…

Primary Server – The primary Server will be in USA and all Emails for the domain will be collected at this point.

Secondary Server – The secondary server is the Email Server of the client. This server talks to the server in USA and downloads all the emails for re-distribution.

MAIL SERVER SOFTWARE
I-Net will use Mailer Daemon as the Mail Server Software on win 2000 Advanced Server platform.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

I-NET will train the IT officer at Client's location to attend to any minor matters. Also I-Net will provide phone support 24 hours of the day to solve any minor issues.

But however incase of a complicated issue, I-Net will send it’s Technical Personnel to attend to the relevant problems. In most cases I-Net can assure a Technician being sent within 2 hours of reporting the problem (on normal working days).

MAINTENANCE VISITS

I-Net will provide unlimited Maintenance Visits on normal working hours and on critical situation on non working hours. All user related or server related issues on Email and Internet will be attended by I-Net free of any cost.

I-Net will also attend to any non-Email Related issues such as PC problems, New Software Installation and etc.. at a very special charge on request.
